Nangarhar University conducts leadership workshop

The workshop, initiated by HEDP, commenced at PDC. It would last for 6 days. The participants of the workshop are Deans, Deputy Deans, and HoDs.

In his opening remarks, Chancellor of Nangarhar University Professor Emeritus Dr. Khalil Ahmad Behsoodwal talked about the importance of leadership in Higher Education Institutions. He said, "Development of academic institutions is dependent on their leadership. If leaders of establishments are aware of the rules and intricacies of leadership, the teaching and learning will definitely progress".

Chancellor Behsoodwal thanked HEDP for facilitating the training program and he asked the participants to take full advantage of the program with active participation in it. In addition, he urged them to pass on the things they learned in the program to the other administrators at their respective facilities.
