Acting Minister of Higher Education Alhaji Maulvi Abdul Baqi Haqqani, President of Kabul Polytechnic University, President of Nangarhar University Dr. Khalil Ahmed Behsudwal, Prof. Abdul Rashid Iqbal and their delegations participated in the meeting.
Acting Minister of Higher Education, Alhaj Maulvi Abdul Baqi Haqqani, thanked the leaders for their good actions and honored them with a certificate of appreciation.
Mr. Haqqani also noted that after the victory, international journals of Kabul Polytechnic and Nangarhar Universities were created and approved.
The Acting Minister also asked them to make more efforts for the development of these universities and their self-sufficiency.
